"My room had no air circulation and the thermostat did not work. I notified hotel staff 3 times and it was not addressed. I was brought two large fans, but they were very noisy and this made it difficult to sleep for the two nights I was there. My room was an interior room with no windows."

"I was expecting better! There was nothing wrong with the staff. My issue was the room. The floor was very squeaky and the bed was horrible. I was looking forward to a good night sleep and I got the worse. I was in so much pain. I will never go back to that hotel."
